The Kingdom of Customer Experience


Once upon a time there was a customer who was not engaged at all with the brands and products he was buying. Who could blame him? Every brand on his path had its focus on profit, or on its products, or on marketing... However they all forgot one small but important thing - their customer. Sure, the products and services of the brands were good, but the customer just did not really experience them as 'his'. Sadly, even though the customer wanted to be devoted, there just did not seem to be anyone who wanted to gain this devotion...


Then one day, he met a brand that stood out, and even though, at first, it seemed to be just like all others, it was not. The brand managed to charm the customer by offering the customer something they had never experienced before. It had a certain power of conviction. Everything the customer ever expected was suddenly fulfilled. This experience was so powerful that the customer took it to heart and never changed brands again. And yes, they both lived happily ever after.
